John Fuller holds a Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Lenoir-Rhyne College.  After law school, John practiced law with his father, Manley K. Fuller, Jr. In 1990, John began a solo law practice.  He specializes in Real Estate Law, Wills and Trusts, and Estate Administration.

Additionally, John served on the Board of North Carolina Wildlife Federation from 2009 to 2018.  He is currently Chair of Wild Places, Wild Lives Legacy Society of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation. The purpose of the Legacy Society is to encourage people to make planned gifts to the North Carolina Wildlife Federation or the Legacy Society in their estate plans or during life.

John served as Scoutmaster of Troop 231, for three years and is now the Assistant Scoutmaster. He married Elizabeth "Bess" L. Fuller.  John and Bess have two sons, Jack, age 23, and Robert, age 20.  John recently joined Resource Institute as a board member.
